When negative emotions and experiences arise in our bodies and minds, we have a #CHOICE in how we deal. You can either #SUFFER, and believe me you are choosing to, when you blame or judge, stew and attach, escape or numb. OR you can #REGULATE! Try a #myofascialrelease, #selfmassage, a guided #meditation or just go for a walk outside! We cannot change what happens to us, but we can change how we react to it.⠀
/⠀
TRUST ME, when I choose to regulate, everyone benefits and I bounce back so much quicker. When I choose to suffer, I drag everyone down with me and can zombie through life in a rage haze for days. Which would you rather choose?⠀
/⠀
Sometimes we struggle to make healthy suffering-free choices for ourselves because we don't believe we are worthy of #selflove! That is the #ego talking, trying to get you to identify with your story and negative experience, the ego just wants to see itself show up in the mirror of everything. Don't let it! You can cultivate a witness perspective over time that allows to see yourself as you truly are - beyond worthy and capable of depthless love, #selfcare, and regulation.⠀

Namaste.
🚨New blog post🚨 on Spiritual Decluttering, Space Making & What #MarieKondo taught me about #innerpeace! ☝️#LinkInBio👆⠀

As a former #professionalorganizer, I think a LOT about people's emotional relationship to their stuff. The truth is we hang on to so much of what we have because we're human and we inherently know that there is spirit in everything. In this post, I dive into #spiritualclutter, how to determine what sparks joy and how to live your life free from the things that don't!⠀
/⠀
Let's start with the language we use. Perhaps we shouldn't call it #decluttering at all, but rather #spacemaking! Let's put the focus on what we are CREATING through the process: #light, fresh air, #potential, and the #manifestation of truly #sacredspace. #tidyingup #konmari #lifechanging #magic
