In this week’s self-love sermon, we focused on the Inner Tug-of-War between pulling away (resisting) what we don’t want & pushing (clinging to) what we do want. We discussed how these 2 modes of the mind keep us in a state of suffering, and how the only way out is to let go. Together, we practiced mindfulness meditation & square breathing, & shaking out the body!
