Self-love sermon | cyclical self-care

Come meditate, breathe, and explore with us as we learn about self-care for all seasons! Nature reflects our inner life – everything dies and is reborn in new forms. The cyclical nature of existence is revolutionary, anti-capitalist, anti-patriarchal, and anti-colonialist. Lean into the Divine feminine rhythms of being, and find healing.

In this sermon, we break down the 4 seasons of every cycle – relating them specifically to the moon phases, menstrual cycle, and earth’s seasons. Cyclical self-care is the acquired sensitivity to the natural rhythms of the earth and our bodies so we can anticipate, plan for, and meet our own needs.

I started Luminous Leanings to share my passions of meditation & self-care. As a self-care coach, I'm really just a holder! I hold space for busy people on their self-care journey. Then I hold them accountable as they integrate self-care into their lives. If you want to develop more self-compassion, but aren't sure where to start, you've come to the right place. Be sure to check out my guided meditations & journal freebies, & sign up for the Letter to keep in touch. You don't have to self-care alone - I'm in your corner!
