Self-love sermon | Interrupting the inner critic

In this Self-Love Sermon, we focus on interrupting our Inner Critic! Is your inner critic in the driver’s seat? Time to kick ’em to the back. We can’t completely remove our inner critics from the vehicle, but we can sure as hell decide not to give them the keys. Time for your Higher Self to take the wheel! If you suffer from Impostor Syndrome or unworthiness – this one’s for you! Together, we practiced the Ujjayi Breath, along with an inner critic visualization & body scan meditation practice. Original air date: June 23, 2020.
